The Alfresco ALXE-56 Luxury Grill delivers expansive cooking capacity and commercial-grade engineering for high-volume outdoor kitchens. Built entirely from 304 stainless steel, this 56-inch model includes three 18-SR Accufire™ main burners, a Signature Taste™ integrated smoker system, and a heavy-duty Mega-Drive™ rotisserie with infrared rear burner. With 998 square inches of actual grilling area, it is designed for large gatherings and multi-zone cooking.

The Accufire™ heat system produces intense, even temperatures while maintaining precision control. The grill features interior halogen lighting, a warming rack that stores out of the way during rotisserie use, and a sealed 110V ignition system. Optional infrared Sear Zone™ burners can be integrated into select cooking zones for high-temperature finishing.

Available built-in or on compatible cart configurations, the ALXE-56 supports stainless steel or custom color finishes. Customers may select fuel type, add wind guards, and include a premium cover during the build process.
