The grill delivers 998 sq. in. of actual grilling area with three 18-SR Accufire™ main burners (82,500 BTUs) and a dedicated Sear Zone™ ceramic infrared burner (27,500 BTUs) built in—so high-heat searing is always part of the setup, not an add-on.

Beyond grilling and searing, this model includes the Mega-Drive™ rotisserie system with dual 15,000 BTU infrared burners and the Signature Taste™ integrated smoker system with a 5,000 BTU dedicated burner and smoker drawer, letting customers smoke, roast, and grill with consistent temperature control. Dual high-intensity halogen work lights and sealed 110V AC ignition support confident operation in any lighting.

The refrigerated cart base adds functional outdoor storage with one door and two drawers refrigerated, plus a separate storage door, helping keep ingredients and beverages close without adding another appliance footprint. Like the rest of the ALXE lineup, the unit can be finished in stainless steel or one of twelve standard color options, with optional wind guard and cover available to add during configuration.
