At its core, the grill features three cast stainless steel “E” burners producing a total of 75,000 BTUs, supported by heavy-duty Flavor Grids that promote even heat distribution and reduce flare-ups. Patented Diamond Sear cooking grids maximize heat transfer for efficient searing. An optional rear infrared backburner delivers 11,000 BTUs for rotisserie cooking, while the hot surface ignition system ensures consistent and dependable startups.

Mounted on a durable stainless steel cart, this portable configuration includes side shelves for prep space and storage, along with locking caster wheels for mobility and stability.
