Create a bold, highly customizable focal point with the Napoleon Astound FlexMount 74-Inch Electric Fireplace. Its versatile design can be wall mounted, partially recessed, or fully recessed and configured as a single-sided, two-sided, or three-sided fireplace to suit a wide range of residential and commercial spaces.

The Astound uses spark-effect flame technology to add realistic movement and depth to the fire display. Orange and yellow flames can be displayed separately or together, with independent brightness controls and five flame-speed settings for a personalized appearance.

A Beach Fire log set and Woodland media kit are included, providing a natural-looking alternative to a standard crystal-only presentation. Optional birch logs, mineral rocks, glass beads, glass embers, and black crystal media offer additional ways to customize the wide firebox.

The LED ember bed and overhead accent lighting each offer 13 color settings, adjustable brightness, and automatic color-cycle effects. The ember bed also includes a fade effect, allowing the fireplace to create anything from a warm, subtle glow to a vibrant contemporary display.

Operate the fireplace from the built-in touch panel, the included premium remote control, or the Wi-Fi-enabled Napoleon Home app. Google Home and Alexa compatibility provide convenient voice control, while seven-day scheduling makes it possible to program heat and display settings around a regular routine. An optional wall-mounted controller is available separately.

On a 120-volt connection, the integrated heater produces up to 5,000 BTUs and 1,500 watts. When professionally hardwired for 240-volt operation, output increases to as much as 10,000 BTUs and 3,000 watts. ECO mode operates at half heat to reduce energy use, while BOOST mode runs the heater at maximum output with increased blower speed. The front heat vent directs warmth into the room, and the adjustable thermostat provides temperature settings from 64°F to 82°F.

Electrical requirements depend on the installation. Wall-mounted applications plug into a grounded 120-volt outlet. Partially and fully recessed installations must be hardwired for 120-volt or 240-volt operation by a qualified electrician. A dedicated 15-amp grounded circuit is required.
