Commercial Gas Grill Applications

True Flame commercial and hospitality gas grill applications receive a Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty for workmanship, construction, and manufacturer defects, provided regular maintenance is performed.

Commercial warranty coverage may be voided by misuse, lack of regular cleaning or maintenance, vandalism, theft, or other improper use. Due to the demands of multi-user and hospitality settings, regular maintenance is required.

Important Terms and Exclusions

• Warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts only. Labor, labor-related costs, installation, removal, reinstallation, and service charges are not covered.
• Discoloration, surface rust, corrosion, and oxidation are not covered, including conditions caused by harsh environments, chemicals, or overheating.
• Damage caused by improper installation, abuse, misuse, extreme environments, grease fires, or inadequate maintenance is excluded.
• Proof of regular and proper maintenance may be required. Products installed in coastal, humid, or salt-air environments are subject to manufacturer review.
• Out-of-box damage claims must be reported within 30 days of purchase and before installation. Products installed with visible damage may not qualify for warranty coverage.
• Display models are sold as-is. Coverage for display models is limited to main burners, cooking grates, and burner covers.

Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer review and approval. Keep your proof of purchase, registration confirmation, model number, serial number, and photos of the issue available when requesting service.

Twin Eagles grills are backed by manufacturer warranty coverage for the original purchaser when used in a normal residential application. Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date, requires proof of purchase, and is not transferable.

Warranty Coverage

• Limited Lifetime Warranty: Stainless steel main burners, hexagonal cooking grates, and fabricated stainless steel components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal residential use.
• Limited Five-Year Warranty: Stainless steel briquette trays, sear zone burners, rotisserie burners, and drip pans are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the original purchase date.
• Limited Two-Year Warranty: All other grill components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original purchase date.
• One-Year Full Warranty: The outdoor gas grill and all other components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. Warranty service must be performed by an authorized representative during normal business hours.

Replacement Parts, Labor, and Service Costs

• For limited lifetime, five-year, two-year, and Residential Plus coverage, the defective part may be repaired or replaced at no charge.
• The grill owner is responsible for labor, shipping, handling, removal, replacement, installation, and other service-related costs, except where specifically covered under the one-year full warranty.
• Twin Eagles does not pay service-call costs related to correcting an installation issue.
• If authorized service is not available in a remote location, the owner may be responsible for transporting the grill to an authorized service location.

Important Terms and Exclusions

• Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased and located in the continental United States or Canada. Service must be performed in the country where the product was purchased.
• Warranty registration is required. Complete and submit the manufacturer’s warranty registration card to activate coverage.
• Surface discoloration, minor surface rust, oxidation, scratches, weather-related staining, and normal outdoor wear are not covered.
• Coverage does not apply to damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, accidents, natural disasters, loss of electrical power, improper installation or operation, unauthorized adjustments, harsh cleaning chemicals, dents, or scratches.
• Commercial use and products with altered or removed serial numbers are not covered.
• The owner is responsible for proper installation, routine care and maintenance, proof of purchase, and making the grill accessible for service.

For warranty assistance, have the purchaser’s name, grill model number, serial number, date of purchase, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue available.

Vent-A-Hood range hood warranty coverage varies by the blower system and product series. Coverage applies to the original owner from the date of purchase. Product registration is not required.

• V-Line Premium Power Lung and ARS Hoods — One-Year Warranty: Applies to K-Series Power Lung and ARS Air Recovery System products.
• M Line Hoods — One-Year Warranty: Applies to Vent-A-Hood M Line products.
• Remote Blowers — One-Year Warranty: Applies to Vent-A-Hood RM-Series remote blower systems.

Important Terms and Exclusions

• Warranty coverage does not apply to freight damage, blower wheel damage, or light bulbs.
• Damage or malfunction caused by improper or faulty installation is not covered.
• Commercial applications are not covered under these residential warranty terms.
• Coverage does not apply to products that have been misapplied, modified, or altered.
• Incidental and consequential damages are excluded where permitted by law.
