The Napoleon 700 Series 32-Inch Built-In Grill in Matte Black brings premium gas grilling performance and a distinctive dark finish to a custom outdoor kitchen. Available for Natural Gas or Propane, this built-in grill delivers up to 66,000 total BTUs through a four-burner cooking system and offers a generous 785-square-inch total cooking area. 

The main cooking surface features substantial 9.5 mm shot-blasted stainless steel Iconic WAVE™ cooking grids. Napoleon's distinctive wave-shaped grids are designed to provide excellent heat retention and durability while helping keep smaller foods from falling between the grates. The shot-blasted stainless steel construction creates a substantial cooking surface suited to frequent outdoor use, while the recognizable WAVE™ pattern produces Napoleon's signature grill marks.

Below the cooking grids, dual-level stainless steel sear plates help distribute heat throughout the firebox while protecting the burners from drippings. The layered design helps reduce flare-ups and vaporizes juices and drippings as they contact the heated stainless steel, adding grilled flavor while helping maintain more even cooking temperatures across the grilling surface.

For additional versatility, the grill includes a dedicated rear infrared rotisserie burner. This focused heat source is designed for rotisserie cooking, allowing poultry, roasts and other larger foods to rotate in front of consistent infrared heat. A two-fork rotisserie kit is included, and integrated rotisserie kit storage helps keep the components organized when they are not in use.

Napoleon's Instant JETFIRE™ ignition provides fast burner startup by directing a jet of flame to ignite the burners. The NIGHT LIGHT™ control knobs with SafetyGlow™ add useful visibility when grilling after sunset, with the controls providing an illuminated visual indication of burner operation. The 700 Series also features interconnected lighting controls, allowing compatible grill and burner lighting to work together as part of a coordinated outdoor kitchen installation.

Cooking after dark is further supported by interior halogen grill lights, which illuminate the cooking area when the lid is open. An integrated ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge provides an easy reference for monitoring the temperature inside the grill without requiring you to open the lid repeatedly.

For installation, an opening width of approximately 30 to 32 inches, an opening depth of approximately 19-3/8 to 19-3/4 inches, and an opening height of approximately 10-1/4 inches. The lid openings require at least 5 inches of clearance behind the grill.
