Napoleon Professional 605 Charcoal Portable Grill

Built with durable stainless steel construction, this premium charcoal grill combines a large cooking surface with adjustable heat control, easy charcoal access and a dedicated rear charcoal rotisserie burner for a versatile outdoor cooking setup.

The generous 605 square inch main cooking area measures approximately 33.5 inches wide x 18 inches deep and provides enough primary grilling space for up to 37 hamburgers. 

At the center of the PRO605CSS is a six-position adjustable charcoal bed that lets you change the distance between the hot coals and the cooking grids. Raise the charcoal closer to the food for intense heat and searing, or lower it for roasting and slower cooking. Adjustable precision air vents provide another level of temperature control by regulating airflow and the rate at which the charcoal burns.

A convenient front-loading charcoal door allows you to add fresh charcoal during longer cooks without removing the cooking grids. The same opening makes it easy to add wood for additional smoke flavor, making this grill well suited for everything from high-temperature searing to slow roasting and smoking.

The cast iron Iconic WAVE cooking grids retain heat efficiently while creating distinctive sear marks. An integrated ACCU-PROBE temperature gauge lets you monitor the temperature without opening the lid and measures from approximately 0°F to 700°F. Keeping the lid closed helps retain heat and maintain more consistent cooking temperatures.

The PRO605CSS measures approximately 67.5 inches wide x 24.75 inches deep x 49.25 inches high with the lid closed and approximately 59.25 inches high with the lid open.
