Napoleon Vector 50-inch See-Thru Direct Vent Natural Gas Fireplace

The Napoleon Vector 50-inch See-Thru Direct Vent Natural Gas Fireplace creates a striking linear focal point that can be viewed from two adjoining spaces. Designed for built-in installations, its see-through firebox offers a wide, uninterrupted flame presentation on both sides, making it an excellent choice for dividing walls, open-concept interiors, and spaces where a fireplace can visually connect two rooms. The natural gas burner operates from 25,000 to 36,000 BTUs with electronic ignition and adjustable flame output.

The Vector combines a tube-style burner with flame and heat adjustment with included MIRRO-FLAME porcelain reflective radiant panels to enhance the depth and movement of the fire. Heat-radiating ceramic glass provides the viewing surface on both sides, while included black premium safety barriers help reduce the risk of contact with the hot glass.

Operation is handled through Napoleon's ProFlame II control system, eFIRE Bluetooth® controller, and included remote control. 

The electronic ignition system incorporates Napoleon's Pilot-on-Demand system with both Intermittent Pilot Ignition (IPI) and Continuous Pilot Ignition (CPI). CPI mode can keep the pilot operating to assist startup in colder conditions, while an integrated seven-day timer automatically shuts the pilot off after an extended period of inactivity to help reduce unnecessary fuel consumption. A battery backup control system also allows essential on/off and flame-height functions to remain available during a household power interruption.

As a true see-through Vector fireplace, the firebox has glass doors on both sides. One side is designated as the access side and can be identified by the pilot location, while the opposite side uses a fixed glass door that remains sealed during normal owner maintenance. This arrangement preserves the sealed direct vent system while providing a clear view through the fireplace from both rooms.

The fireplace uses a top 5-inch exhaust / 8-inch air intake direct vent system. The LV50N2-2 measures approximately 65 5/16 inches wide × 41 3/16 inches high × 16 3/16 inches deep and provides a generous 52 3/4-inch wide × 18 5/8-inch high viewing area. Minimum standard see-through framing is approximately 65 13/16 inches wide × 16 3/16 inches deep, with a minimum enclosure height of 73 inches. The fireplace does not need to be elevated above the floor. Actual framing, clearances, and enclosure requirements can vary based on venting, finishing materials, and optional heat-management systems.
