Napoleon Insulating Liner for Built-in 500 and 700 Series Dual Burners

The Napoleon BI-2423-ZCL Insulating Zero Clearance Liner gives you more flexibility when adding a compatible 18-inch built-in burner to a custom outdoor kitchen. Designed for select Built-In 500 and 700 Series burner installations, the liner creates a protective barrier around the burner so combustible building and finishing materials can be used closer to the appliance when installed according to the required specifications.

This liner is compatible with the BIB18IR Dual Infrared Burner, BIB18RT Dual Range Burner and BIB18PB Power Burner. That makes it a useful part of the planning process when your outdoor kitchen design includes one of Napoleon's 18-inch built-in cooking components and the surrounding cabinetry or finishing materials require additional heat protection.

The liner is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel for durability in an outdoor kitchen environment. Its stainless steel construction surrounds the built-in burner and helps protect nearby materials from the heat generated during cooking. Integrated balancing brackets help support proper positioning during installation.

One of the main advantages of the zero clearance liner is the additional freedom it provides when choosing materials for the outdoor kitchen. Without the appropriate liner, burner installations may require greater separation from combustible construction. Adding the BI-2423-ZCL allows compatible materials to be positioned closer to the appliance when all installation requirements and clearances are followed.

The required installation opening is approximately 22 inches wide by 21-3/8 inches deep by 10-3/8 inches high. These dimensions should be confirmed before countertops or cabinetry are fabricated because installation requirements can vary and published dimensions are subject to change.
