Alfresco 30-inch Countertop Pizza Oven

The Alfresco 30-inch Countertop Pizza Oven delivers high-temperature outdoor cooking without requiring the full built-in enclosure of the AXE-PZA-BI. Designed to preheat in approximately 15 minutes and reach over 1,000°F, the Pizza Oven Plus can turn out three-minute Neapolitan-style pizzas while also giving you the versatility to bake, roast, broil, and iron-skillet sear. It provides 456 square inches of cooking space and features durable 304 18-8 heli-arc welded stainless steel construction.

A tube-log burner works with the 3/4-inch-thick ceramic ceiling slab to create intense top-down radiant heat, while the ceramic infrared hearth burner heats the matching 3/4-inch ceramic cooking surface from below. This combination surrounds food with powerful, balanced heat for crisp pizza crusts and versatile high-temperature cooking. Additional features include a full 8.5-inch-high opening, halogen oven light, removable doors and hinges, a double-walled removable top, and Alfresco's natural air-cooling plenum to help keep the control panel cool to the touch.

The countertop configuration provides an important installation advantage over the built-in version: it sits directly on a properly prepared outdoor countertop and uses a rear exhaust, eliminating the built-in model's tall enclosure, below-unit service opening, and dedicated Type-B exhaust stack. This can make the AXE-PZA easier to integrate into an outdoor kitchen while keeping the oven more accessible for service. The AXE-PZA is offered in natural gas and liquid propane configurations with a total input of 35,600 BTU/hr and requires 115 VAC / 0.3 A / 60 Hz power.
