It uses three main burners producing 82,500 BTUs and features Thermaglass™ radiant burner shields engineered to handle extreme heat while helping keep the cooking system cleaner and more consistent over time. A glass-covered rear infrared burner pairs with a two-position Mega-Drive™ rotisserie and built-in spit rod storage, making it easy to roast everything from smaller cuts to larger birds with steady rotation and even heat.

What sets the AIPG apart is its integrated technology and control. The grill includes a multi-position Sear Zone™ that can be placed in different cooking zones, plus the Signature Taste X2™ smoking system with dual wood/herb drawers for rich smoke flavor while you cook. A Sensa-Tek™ wireless temperature probe, digital backlit temperature display, and Intelli-Temp™ smart grilling control with a Bluetooth smartphone app help you monitor and adjust cooking without guesswork.

For night cooking and presentation, the AIPG-36 adds triple-spot halogen lighting and LumaTouch™ control lighting for the knobs and panel. It’s available for Natural Gas or Propane, and customers can choose stainless steel or select from available color options to match the rest of an Alfresco outdoor kitchen. Cart versions are also offered under the AIPG line for customers who want a freestanding configuration.
