Alfresco 36 Inch Infrared Sear Zone Kit for AIPG Grill is an optional variable-heat infrared Sear Zone accessory designed for use with the Alfresco AIPG grill platform. Its made to expand the grills high-heat searing capability for steakhouse-style finishes and fast, focused browning.

This kit is designed as a drop-in component that drops into any cooking zone, letting you position the searing area in the left, center, or right zone to match how you cook. For a larger dedicated searing area, multiple Sear Zones can be added.
