The Alfresco AIPG-42 Intelligent Professional Grill expands the same smart-performance platform into a larger 42-inch built-in format for higher-capacity outdoor cooking. It features three main burners producing 82,500 BTUs with Thermaglass™ radiant burner shields, designed for strong, even heat and high-temperature durability. A glass-covered rear infrared burner supports the two-position Mega-Drive™ rotisserie, giving you more flexibility for rotisserie placement depending on what you’re cooking, with dedicated storage for the spit rod built into the system.

The AIPG-42 is built around control, versatility, and repeatability. It includes a multi-position Sear Zone™ that can be located in different cooking zones to match how a customer likes to sear, plus the Signature Taste X2™ smoking system with dual drawers for wood chunks and herbs. A Sensa-Tek™ wireless temperature probe, digital backlit temperature display, and Intelli-Temp™ smart grilling system with a Bluetooth app help customers cook with confidence and consistent results.

Premium lighting finishes the experience with triple-spot halogen cooking lights and LumaTouch™ control lighting for clear visibility and a refined look after dark. The AIPG-42 is available for Natural Gas or Propane, with stainless steel or available color options for a coordinated outdoor kitchen build. Cart versions are also offered for customers who prefer a freestanding setup.
