The Alfresco ALXE-42C Luxury Grill on Cart delivers expanded 42-inch cooking space combined with integrated storage and mobility. Fabricated from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel, it features three high-performance 18-SR Accufire™ burners, a Signature Taste™ smoker system, and a heavy-duty Mega-Drive™ rotisserie with infrared burner. With 770 square inches of grilling area, it is built for high-volume outdoor cooking.
The Accufire™ heat delivery system produces powerful, even heat across the full cooking surface. Halogen lighting and sealed 110V ignition support evening cooking and rotisserie use. One or more burners may be replaced with the optional infrared Sear Zone™, allowing steakhouse-level searing within the primary grill area.
Depending on configuration, the ALXE-42C may be paired with a standard cart or deluxe cart, with finish customization available in stainless steel or twelve standard color options. Wind guards and premium covers can be added during the build process.
