The Alfresco AXE-PZA built-in pizza oven brings true high-temperature pizza cooking into a permanent outdoor kitchen installation. Designed to preheat quickly and reach extreme baking temperatures, it’s built around a ceramic hearth and ceiling that radiate intense, even heat for crisp crusts and balanced top browning. The oven uses a dual-burner approach with a high-heat ceramic infrared hearth burner and a tube-log burner to create the kind of heat profile that works for fast Neapolitan-style pies, but it’s equally useful for baking, roasting, broiling, and skillet cooking.

Construction is commercial-grade and outdoor-ready, featuring 304 heli-arc welded stainless steel, a wide 8.5-inch opening, a countertop rear exhaust, and a halogen oven light for clear visibility while cooking. The built-in format keeps the install clean and integrated, while removable hinges/doors and a double-walled removable top support easier access for service and upkeep. The AXE-PZA built-in model is available for Natural Gas or Propane.
