Alfresco 30-inch Built-In Pizza Oven

The Alfresco 30-inch Built-In Pizza Oven brings high-temperature cooking performance to a custom outdoor kitchen. Designed to preheat in approximately 15 minutes and reach over 1,000°F, it can produce three-minute Neapolitan-style pizzas while also giving you the versatility to bake, roast, broil, and iron-skillet sear. The oven provides 456 square inches of cooking space and features durable 304 18-8 heli-arc welded stainless steel construction.

A tube-log burner works with the 3/4-inch-thick ceramic ceiling slab to produce intense top-down radiant heat, while the ceramic infrared hearth burner delivers powerful heat from below for balanced, high-temperature cooking. A matching 3/4-inch ceramic hearth helps distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface. Additional features include a full 8.5-inch-high opening, halogen oven light, removable doors and hinges, and Alfresco's natural air-cooling plenum to help keep the control panel cool to the touch.

The AXE-PZA-BI-NG is configured for natural gas and has a total input of 35,600 BTU/hr. The built-in oven requires 115 VAC / 0.3 A / 60 Hz electrical power and a 1/2-inch NPT natural gas connection at 5-inch W.C. pressure. Installation also requires service access from below, proper enclosure ventilation, and Type-B exhaust venting in accordance with Alfresco installation instructions.
