Alfresco Indirect Roasting Pod Insert

Alfresco Indirect Roasting Pod Insert is an accessory made to turn an Alfresco AIPG grill into a more oven-like roasting setup using indirect heat. Its designed to sit inside the grill and hold a drip pan for a self-basting effect that supports slow-roast results.

For operation, you use adjacent burner(s) to create convection-style heat for roasting, or you can smoke-and-roast by pairing it with the Signature Taste X2 smoke and herb infusion system when you want deeper flavor along with the roast.
