The American Made Grills 36-inch Encore Hybrid Built-In Gas Grill brings sleek modern styling and multi-fuel outdoor cooking to premium custom outdoor kitchens. The ENC36 is designed for homeowners who want the clean look of the Encore Series with the flexibility to cook over gas, charcoal, hardwood, wood chunks, and more from one built-in grill.

Built with #304 stainless steel construction, the Encore 36 features five 22,000 BTU main burners for 110,000 total BTUs and 1,106 sq. in. of total cooking surface. Core features include a 16-gauge double-lined hood with spring assist, adjustable hood vents, patented 14-gauge fuel trays, reversible 9-gauge V-shaped cooking grates, flame thrower ignition, interior halogen cooking lights, LED lights over each knob, heat zone separators, and an easy-clean drip pan with drain system. Included accessories such as the rotisserie kit, grate lifting tools, stainless steel griddle, drop-in infrared sear burner, leather glove set, fuel kit, and care kit give the grill strong versatility right out of the box.

Designed for built-in installation, the American Made Grills ENC36 requires a cutout of 35 inches wide x 25 inches deep x 15 inches high. It is available for natural gas or propane and should be installed in a properly constructed outdoor kitchen island with required clearances. If combustible materials are used in the island, an American Made Grills insulating grill liner is required.
