The American Made Grills 42-inch Estate Built-In Gas Grill is the largest built-in model in the Estate Series, made for custom outdoor kitchens that need expanded cooking space, powerful gas performance, and premium American-made construction. The EST42 delivers a wider 42-inch grilling platform with the refined stainless steel styling and high-output performance expected from American Made Grills.

Built with #304 stainless steel construction, the Estate 42 features three 26,000 BTU red brass burners, a 12,000 BTU infrared back burner, and 90,000 total BTUs. It includes 1,083 sq. in. of total cooking surface, heavy-duty 9mm cooking grates, flame thrower ignition, interior halogen cooking lights, LED lights over each knob, heat zone separators, and an easy-clean briquette system. Included accessories such as the rotisserie kit, stainless steel griddle, 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner, smoker tray, vinyl grill cover, and care kit give the Estate 42 strong versatility right out of the box.

Designed for built-in installation, the American Made Grills EST42 requires a cutout of 40-7/8 inches wide x 21-5/8 inches deep x 10-1/4 inches high. It is available for natural gas or propane and should be installed in a properly built outdoor kitchen island with required clearances. If combustible materials are used in the island, an American Made Grills insulating grill liner is required.
