The American Made Grills 42-inch Ovation Built-In Hybrid Grill gives you room to cook for family and friends without choosing between the convenience of gas and the flavor of charcoal or hardwood. Part of the American Made Grills Hybrid Series, this 42-inch built-in grill combines the clean front styling inspired by the Estate Series with the deeper profile of AMG's hybrid design. Built in the USA with #304 stainless steel construction, the Ovation fits into a custom outdoor kitchen and supports gas, charcoal, and hardwood cooking in one grill. Its 16-gauge double-lined hood features spring assistance and a full-width stainless steel handle for easier opening and closing.

Six independently controlled 14-gauge #304 stainless steel tube burners have an advertised rating of 22,000 BTUs each and 132,000 total BTUs. With 1,315 square inches of total cooking surface, the Ovation provides space for larger meals, while a flip-up warming rack keeps finished food away from the main cooking surface. Reversible V-shaped stainless steel cooking grates accommodate different foods, and the fuel trays let you cook with charcoal or hardwood when you want a different flavor. Heat-zone separators and adjustable hood vents help you manage cooking zones and airflow. Flame Thrower ignition handles burner startup, while interior halogen lights and LED lighting above each control knob improve visibility for evening grilling. The included drop-in infrared sear burner can replace a standard tube burner for high-heat searing, and the 100 lb. capacity rotisserie kit and stainless steel griddle plate give you more ways to prepare a meal. Available in natural gas or liquid propane configurations, the Ovation must be connected to the gas type specified for the purchased model. The Ovation brochure lists overall dimensions of 42.622 inches W x 33.127 inches H x 32.664 inches D and cutout dimensions of 40.819 inches W x 14.335 inches H x 23.225 inches D. Confirm these measurements with American Made Grills before construction, as its published dimensional specifications differ. Installation requires a properly ventilated outdoor enclosure, access to the regulated gas connection, and a 120V, 60 Hz, 15-amp GFI-protected outlet for lighting and powered accessories. The Hybrid Grill manual specifies at least 18 inches of side and rear clearance to combustible surfaces and 6 inches to noncombustible surfaces. An appropriate grill liner, sold separately, is required for installation in a combustible enclosure. Along with the cooking accessories, the grill includes a vinyl grill-head cover, grate lifting tools, leather gloves, a wood and charcoal fuel kit, and a cleaning care kit.
