Built in the USA with #304 stainless steel construction, the Ovation pairs an Estate-inspired front design with the deeper cooking profile of the American Made Grills Hybrid Series. This large-format 54-inch built-in grill is designed for custom outdoor kitchens, with a 16-gauge double-lined, spring-assisted hood and full-width stainless steel handle that make the substantial hood easier to lift.

Eight independently controlled 14-gauge #304 stainless steel tube burners have a manufacturer-advertised rating of 22,000 BTUs each and 176,000 total BTUs. The 1,687-square-inch total cooking surface provides room for larger meals, while a removable, flip-up warming rack keeps finished food away from the main cooking grates. Reversible V-shaped stainless steel cooking grates, patented fuel trays, heat-zone separators, and adjustable hood vents help you manage different foods and fuel types. A compatible GL-HYB54 insulating grill liner, sold separately, is required for a combustible enclosure; follow the liner's separate cutout requirements for that installation.
