Eight 14-gauge #304 stainless steel tube burners deliver 22,000 BTUs each for 176,000 total BTUs, providing substantial cooking power across an expansive 1,687 square inches of total cooking surface. The Hybrid system gives you the freedom to cook with gas, charcoal, hardwood, and other compatible solid fuels. Patented 14-gauge fuel trays make it easy to introduce charcoal or wood into your cooking, while reversible 9-gauge V-shaped stainless steel cooking grates, #304 stainless steel heat-zone separators, and adjustable hood vents help you manage different foods, fuel types, and cooking zones.
