The Bromic Platinum Electric Marine 2300W Low-Clearance Ceiling Recess Kit creates a clean, flush-mounted installation for compatible Platinum Smart-Heat Electric Marine heaters. Designed for new construction and retrofit projects, the kit fits within standard ceiling joists and allows installation in ceiling cavities with as little as 7.1 inches of vertical clearance. Its brushed 316-grade stainless-steel construction provides enhanced corrosion resistance for coastal and salt-air environments while maintaining the Platinum collection’s streamlined architectural appearance.

An integrated cooling fan helps regulate temperatures inside the recessed enclosure and requires a dedicated electrical supply separate from the heater connection. The kit includes the ceiling recess box, Marine trim assembly, terminal box, IP cover, vent components, and assembly hardware needed for installation; the heater and controls are sold separately. This Marine-grade low-clearance recess kit is intended for land-based and coastal installations only and must not be installed on marine vessels. Professional installation is required, and the heater must remain protected from water entering the ceiling cavity from above.
