The Bromic Platinum Electric Marine 3400W Ceiling Recess Kit creates a clean, flush-mounted installation for compatible Platinum Smart-Heat Electric Marine heaters. Designed primarily for new construction and projects with sufficient ceiling-cavity space, this Marine-grade recess kit allows the heater to sit discreetly within the ceiling without interrupting the surrounding architecture. Its brushed 316-grade stainless-steel construction provides enhanced corrosion resistance for coastal and salt-air environments.

Model BH3130035 is specifically designed for 3400W Platinum Smart-Heat Electric Marine heaters in black or white, including compatible 208V and 220–240V models. Installation requires an approximately 51.4-inch by 9.1-inch ceiling opening, at least 10 inches of vertical cavity clearance measured from the heater’s glass surface, and a minimum heater height of 94 inches above the floor. The required recessed-mounting parts and hardware are included; the heater and controls are sold separately. Installation must follow Bromic’s approved cavity configuration, structural requirements, combustible clearances, and protection-from-water instructions.
