The Bromic Platinum Electric Marine 4500W Low-Clearance Ceiling Recess Kit creates a clean, flush-mounted installation for compatible Platinum Smart-Heat Electric Marine heaters. Designed for new construction and retrofit projects, this UL-certified ceiling recess kit fits within standard ceiling joists and supports installations with as little as 7.1 inches of vertical cavity clearance. Its brushed 316-grade stainless-steel construction provides enhanced corrosion resistance for land-based coastal and salt-air environments.

An integrated cooling fan helps regulate temperatures inside the recessed enclosure and requires a dedicated, continuously powered electrical supply independent of the heater. Model BH3623013-1 includes the ceiling recess box, Marine trim assembly, terminal box, IP cover, vent components, 4500W wiring connectors, and assembly hardware; the heater and controls are sold separately. This kit is intended for land-based and coastal installations and is not approved for installation on marine vessels. Installation must be completed by a licensed professional according to Bromic’s structural, electrical, clearance, and water-protection requirements.
