The Fire Magic E660i 30-Inch Echelon Diamond Built-In Gas Grill with Analog Thermometer delivers premium grilling performance with straightforward, traditional temperature monitoring. Constructed from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, this three-burner grill provides a 30-inch x 22-inch primary cooking surface with 660 square inches of grilling space, plus a 30-inch x 8-inch adjustable warming rack offering an additional 288 square inches. Unlike the digital E660i, this model features a hood-mounted analog thermometer that measures temperatures up to 1,000°F and does not include touchscreen, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi controls.

Three cast stainless steel “E” burners deliver a combined 75,000 BTUs, while heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids distribute heat evenly, reduce flare-ups, and vaporize drippings to enhance flavor. Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids provide increased contact with food for efficient heat transfer and defined sear marks. An 11,000 BTU recessed backburner powers the included heavy-duty rotisserie system, while back-lit control knobs, angled interior halogen lights, and Push-to-Light hot surface ignition provide dependable operation during daytime or evening cooking.

Designed for built-in outdoor kitchens, the E660i requires a 31¼-inch wide x 23½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout and is available in natural gas or propane configurations. Select models may be ordered with a factory-installed infrared sear burner replacing the left standard burner, while an optional Magic View Window allows food to be monitored without opening the hood. The ignition, lighting, and rotisserie features require a 120VAC electrical connection with a 12-volt transformer.
