The Fire Magic E660i 30-Inch Echelon Diamond Built-In Gas Grill with Digital Thermometer, model family E660i-9, brings premium performance, modern styling, and connected temperature monitoring to a custom outdoor kitchen. Constructed from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, this three-burner grill provides a spacious 30-inch x 22-inch primary cooking surface with 660 square inches of grilling space. A 30-inch x 8-inch adjustable warming rack adds another 288 square inches for indirect cooking and keeping finished food warm.

Three cast stainless steel “E” burners deliver a combined 75,000 BTUs, while heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids distribute heat evenly, reduce flare-ups, and vaporize drippings to enhance flavor. Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids increase contact with food for efficient heat transfer and defined sear marks. The black glass control panel features a digital touchscreen meat and grill thermometer with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity, while an 11,000 BTU recessed backburner powers the included heavy-duty rotisserie system. Back-lit control knobs, angled interior halogen lights, and Push-to-Light hot surface ignition provide convenient operation during daytime or evening cooking.

Designed for built-in installation, the E660i requires a 31¼-inch wide x 23½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout and is available in natural gas or propane configurations. Select versions may be ordered with a factory-installed infrared sear burner replacing the left standard burner, as well as an optional Magic View Window for checking food without opening the hood. The grill requires a 120V AC plug-in electrical supply with a 12-volt transformer for the ignition, digital controls, lighting, and rotisserie system. No 240-volt circuit or specialty plug is required.
