The Fire Magic E660i-9 30-Inch Echelon Diamond Portable Gas Grill with Digital Thermometer combines premium built-in grill performance with the flexibility of the 660-SC24 stainless steel portable cart. Built from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, this three-burner grill offers a spacious 30-inch x 22-inch primary cooking surface with 660 square inches of grilling space, plus a 30-inch x 8-inch adjustable warming rack with 288 square inches for indirect cooking and keeping food ready to serve.

Three cast stainless steel “E” burners deliver 75,000 BTUs of powerful, evenly distributed heat across Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids. Heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids help reduce flare-ups, distribute heat, and vaporize drippings for added flavor, while the recessed 11,000 BTU backburner works with the included high-performance rotisserie system. The black glass control panel features a digital touchscreen meat and grill thermometer with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity, along with back-lit control knobs, angled interior halogen lights, and Push-to-Light hot surface ignition. Select configurations are also available with an infrared sear burner or optional Magic View Window.

The portable cart includes soft-close double drawers, a soft-close storage door, fold-down twin side shelves, and an LP tank holder, with an optional sliding tank tray available separately. Gas connection hoses are sold separately: use model 5110-15 for propane or 5110-03 for natural gas. The grill requires 120V AC power for the ignition, digital controls, lighting, and rotisserie system and uses a plug-in electrical supply with a 12-volt transformer. Connect it to a grounded outdoor GFCI receptacle; no 240-volt or specialty plug is required.
