The Fire Magic Aurora A790i 36-Inch Portable Gas Grill with Rotisserie, model family A790i-8, combines premium outdoor cooking performance with the convenience of a freestanding grill cart. The A790i grill head pairs with the 790-SC24 stainless steel portable cart to create a complete cooking station with soft-close double drawers, a soft-close storage door, fold-down twin side shelves, and an LP tank holder. Its 36-inch x 22-inch primary cooking surface provides 792 square inches of grilling space, while the adjustable 36-inch x 8-inch warming rack adds another 288 square inches.

Three cast stainless steel “E” burners deliver a combined 90,000 BTUs across Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids, which provide increased contact with food for efficient heat transfer and defined sear marks. Heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids distribute heat evenly, help reduce flare-ups, and vaporize drippings to enhance flavor. Model A790i-8 includes a recessed 13,000 BTU backburner and complete rotisserie kit, while the angled hood-mounted analog thermometer measures temperatures up to 1,000°F. Push-to-Light hot surface ignition, polished back-lit control knobs, and angled interior halogen lights provide convenient operation day or night.

The A790i-8 is available as A790i-8EAN for natural gas or A790i-8EAP for propane, with optional configurations offering an infrared sear burner or Magic View Window. Gas connection hoses are sold separately: use model 5110-03 for natural gas or 5110-15 for propane. The ignition, lighting, back-lit controls, and rotisserie system require a 120V AC plug-in electrical supply with a 12-volt transformer. A nearby grounded outdoor GFCI receptacle is required, but no 240-volt circuit or specialty plug is needed.
