Fire Magic 40-inch Echelon Diamond Built-In Gas Grill with Analog Thermometer | 3 Burners

The Fire Magic E790i 40-Inch Echelon Diamond Built-In Gas Grill with Analog Thermometer delivers premium performance and traditional temperature monitoring for a refined outdoor kitchen. Constructed from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, this three-burner grill offers a spacious 36-inch x 22-inch primary cooking surface with 792 square inches of grilling space, plus a 36-inch x 8-inch adjustable warming rack with another 288 square inches. Unlike the digital E790i, this model features a clear, hood-mounted analog thermometer that measures temperatures up to 1,000°F without touchscreen, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi controls.

Three cast stainless steel “E” burners produce a combined 90,000 BTUs, supported by heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids that distribute heat evenly, reduce flare-ups, and vaporize drippings for added flavor. Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids create greater contact with food for efficient heat transfer and defined sear marks. A recessed 13,000 BTU backburner powers the included heavy-duty rotisserie system, while back-lit control knobs, angled interior halogen lights, and Push-to-Light hot surface ignition provide dependable operation day or night.

Designed for built-in installation, the E790i requires a 37-inch wide x 23½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout and is available for natural gas or propane. Select configurations may be ordered with a factory-installed infrared sear burner replacing the left standard burner, while an optional Magic View Window allows food to be checked without opening the hood. The ignition and lighting systems require 120VAC power through a 12-volt transformer. Installation should include a properly grounded outdoor GFCI receptacle; no 240-volt circuit or specialty plug is indicated.
