At its core, the grill features four cast stainless steel “E” burners producing a total of 112,000 BTUs, supported by heavy-duty Flavor Grids that promote even heat distribution and reduce flare-ups. Patented Diamond Sear cooking grids maximize heat transfer for efficient searing. Two rear infrared backburners deliver a combined 22,000 BTUs for rotisserie cooking, while the hot surface ignition system ensures consistent and dependable startups every time.
