The Fire Magic 4600 Aurora Built-In Gas Pizza Oven brings the performance and versatility of a full outdoor oven to a custom kitchen installation. Its removable 18-inch x 18-inch x 3/4-inch cordierite stone provides 324 square inches of baking space, while the included 18¼-inch x 18¼-inch baking rack makes it easy to prepare bread, appetizers, casseroles, roasted meats, and more. A ceramic glass viewing window lets you monitor food without opening the oven door and releasing heat.

A 36,000 BTU stainless steel burner system delivers thermostatically controlled temperatures from 150°F to 750°F. The blue LED back-lit control knob provides convenient temperature adjustment and indication, while IPI ignition with flame rectification supports reliable operation. A three-layer dome and adjustable vent cap help retain and regulate heat, and the gravity-latch oven door is rated to support up to 50 pounds when open. An interior light improves visibility for evening cooking, and a baking rack and wooden pizza peel are included.

Designed for built-in outdoor kitchens, the Aurora 4600 requires a 31¼-inch wide x 23½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout. Model 4600 is configured for natural gas, while model 4600P is the propane version. The oven requires 120V AC electrical power for the ignition, illuminated control, thermostat, and interior light. Plan for a nearby grounded, weather-protected outdoor GFCI receptacle and verify the supplied power connection in the current installation manual before completing the island.
