The Fire Magic Echelon Portable Outdoor Pizza Oven, model 5660, combines premium outdoor oven performance with the flexibility of the 660-SC24 stainless steel portable cart. Built for more than pizza, this versatile gas oven can bake, roast, and broil with precise thermostatic control from 150°F to 700°F. Its removable 18-inch x 18-inch cordierite pizza stone creates crisp, evenly cooked crusts, while the included 18¼-inch x 18¼-inch baking rack expands the oven’s capabilities for bread, appetizers, meats, and desserts.

Two stainless steel burners produce a combined 36,000 BTUs, while the insulated three-layer dome and adjustable vent cap help retain and manage heat throughout the cooking chamber. The modern black glass control panel features a digital touchscreen thermometer and thermostatic control, along with integrated smart technology for operation from a compatible smartphone. A ceramic glass viewing window lets you monitor food without opening the door, and the interior oven light improves visibility for evening cooking. The oven also includes a temperature probe, removable pizza stone tray, and wooden pizza peel.

The 660-SC24 portable cart base adds soft-close double drawers, a soft-close storage door, fold-down twin side shelves, and an LP tank holder, creating a complete freestanding outdoor cooking station. Model 5660 is configured for natural gas, while model 5660P is designed for propane. Gas connection hoses are sold separately: use 5110-03 for natural gas or 5110-15 for propane. Electrical controls and lighting require a nearby 120VAC, 15-amp minimum grounded GFCI receptacle with a weatherproof in-use cover. The included power supply uses a standard grounded three-prong plug, so no 240-volt circuit or specialty plug is required.
