Memphis Elevate 30-inch Portable Pellet Grill

The Memphis Elevate™ Freestanding Pellet Grill combines a modular platform with Direct Flame Technology to deliver wood-fired smoking, grilling, roasting, baking, braising, and searing in a single outdoor cooker. Built around a “grill head + leg package” approach, the Elevate lets you configure the same core grill as a freestanding cart today, with the option to adapt the setup later for other installation styles.

To use the Elevate as a portable/freestanding cart grill, the Elevate Leg Package (MG11-06-002) is required—it’s what converts the grill head into a movable cart. The leg package includes four legs (two with wheels), a lower interior shelf, an exterior side shelf, a utility rail for BBQ tools, and the attachment hardware for the grill head.

Performance is built around a 180–600°F cooking range, plus two open-flame modes designed into the controller that can reach 900+°F. It features dual-wall 430 stainless steel construction with oven-grade gasketing, a 12 lb pellet hopper, and Wi-Fi for monitoring, alerts, and a timer (with network compatibility caveats). The Direct Flame Insert, Genie Tool, and Meat Probe are standard, and the optional Extended Grate Kit adds additional grilling levels.
