Complete the finished appearance of a Napoleon Elevation X fireplace with the Napoleon 2-Inch Charcoal 4-Sided Finishing Trim. Designed specifically for the 42-inch Elevation X gas fireplace, this optional accessory creates a clean border around the fireplace opening while adding a softer charcoal finish that offers an alternative to traditional black trim.

The 2-inch-wide, four-sided design surrounds the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the fireplace opening for a balanced, finished appearance. The charcoal finish coordinates with other available Elevation X charcoal accessories and provides a subtle contrast against surrounding wall and finishing materials. Napoleon also offers a black version of the 2-inch four-sided trim for installations where a darker border is preferred.

Compatibility: The FTEX42CH is made specifically for the Napoleon Elevation X 42-inch Direct Vent Gas Fireplace. It is compatible with both the EX42NTEL natural gas and EX42PTEL propane configurations. This is a model-specific finishing accessory and is not intended as a universal fireplace trim.

Important Installation Information: The height of the fireplace relative to the finished floor or hearth must be considered when this trim is used. Napoleon specifies that when installing optional trims, the appliance must be raised so it is flush with either the hearth or the finished floor.
