The Napoleon 700 Series 32-Inch Built-In Stainless Steel Gas Grill with Infrared Rear Burner brings premium grilling performance to a custom outdoor kitchen in a durable stainless steel design. Available for Natural Gas or Propane, this built-in grill is rated at 66,000 BTUs and features a four-burner cooking system along with a dedicated rear infrared rotisserie burner. With 785 square inches of total cooking area and capacity for up to 32 four-inch burgers, it provides plenty of room for everyday meals, family gatherings and outdoor entertaining.

The main cooking surface features substantial 9.5 mm shot-blasted stainless steel Iconic WAVE™ cooking grids. Napoleon's distinctive wave-shaped grids are designed to provide excellent heat retention and durability while helping prevent smaller foods from falling through the cooking surface. Their curved shape also creates the recognizable sear marks associated with Napoleon grills.

Beneath the cooking grids, dual-level stainless steel sear plates help distribute heat throughout the firebox while shielding the burners from drippings. The layered design helps manage flare-ups and allows juices and drippings to vaporize as they contact the heated stainless steel, contributing additional grilled flavor while supporting more consistent heat across the cooking surface.

For added versatility, the grill includes a rear infrared rotisserie burner for preparing poultry, roasts and other foods with focused radiant heat. A two-fork rotisserie kit is included, giving you the equipment needed to begin rotisserie cooking without purchasing the basic kit separately. Napoleon also incorporates integrated rotisserie kit storage into the 700 Series design to help keep the components organized when they are not being used.

A warming rack provides additional space above the primary cooking grids for keeping finished food warm, toasting buns or cooking foods that benefit from less direct heat. This added cooking level makes it easier to manage several foods at once while keeping the main grilling surface available for higher-temperature cooking.

Startup is handled by Napoleon's Instant JETFIRE™ ignition system, designed to quickly ignite the grill for convenient cooking. The NIGHT LIGHT™ control knobs with SafetyGlow™ provide useful visibility when grilling after sunset and offer an immediate visual indication when burners are operating. The 700 Series also incorporates interconnected lighting controls that can coordinate lighting between the grill and compatible Napoleon built-in burners in a properly configured outdoor kitchen.

When cooking after dark, integrated interior halogen grill lights illuminate the cooking area with the lid open, making it easier to monitor food without relying entirely on surrounding patio lighting. An ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge built into the lid provides a convenient reference for monitoring the temperature inside the grill.

For installation, an opening width of approximately 30 to 32 inches, an opening depth of approximately 19-3/8 to 19-3/4 inches, and an opening height of approximately 10-1/4 inches. Grill lid openings require a minimum of 5 inches of clearance behind the unit.
