Napoleon Built-In 700 Series Power Burner with Stainless Steel Cover

The Napoleon Built-In 700 Series 18-inch Power Burner adds serious cooking capability to a custom outdoor kitchen. With up to 60,000 BTUs of cooking power and a two-stage burner design, it can handle everything from simmering sauces and side dishes to large seafood boils, stock pots and wok cooking.

The two concentric burners provide a wide range of heat control. The center burner works well when a smaller cooking zone is needed, while the outer burner expands the heat across larger cookware. For proper operation, use cookware at least 10 inches in diameter with the center burner and at least 14 inches in diameter when using the outer burner.

A two-piece stainless steel cooking grid provides a sturdy surface for large pots and pans. The removable center section also makes this burner especially useful for wok cooking, allowing a wok to sit securely closer to the concentrated heat. With a 17.5 x 18-inch cooking area and 310 square inches of total cooking space, there is plenty of room for cookware that would take up valuable space on the main grill.

Lighting is quick and straightforward with the JETFIRE ignition system, which uses a direct jet of flame to ignite the burner without relying on a conventional ignition battery. The backlit control knobs with SafetyGlow make the controls easier to see after dark and change from blue to red when the corresponding burner is operating.

The burner is finished in stainless steel to coordinate with Built-In 700 Series outdoor kitchen components. An included stainless steel cover creates a clean, finished appearance when the burner is not being used. Allow the burner to cool completely before installing or closing the cover.

The burner measures approximately 21.50 inches wide x 24.60 inches deep x 11.40 inches high. For a standard installation without a zero-clearance liner, the BIB18 opening calls for a width of 18 to 20 inches, a depth of 19.4 to 19.75 inches, and a height of 10.25 inches. The installation diagram also specifies an X dimension of 21.50 inches. Always use the current installation drawings when fabricating the outdoor kitchen cabinet or countertop.

Important Power Requirement: When this Built-In 700 Series burner is installed without a Built-In 700 Series grill head, Power Supply Kit N370-1091-SER is required to power the backlit control knobs. The power supply kit is sold separately.
