Napoleon Astound FlexMount 62-inch Electric Fireplace

Create a highly customizable focal point with the Napoleon Astound FlexMount 62-Inch Electric Fireplace. Its versatile design can be wall mounted, partially recessed, or fully recessed and configured as a single-sided, two-sided, or three-sided fireplace to complement a wide range of residential and commercial spaces.

The Astound uses spark-effect flame technology to add realistic movement and depth to the fire display. Orange and yellow flames can be displayed individually or together, with independent brightness controls and five flame-speed settings for a personalized appearance.

A Beach Fire log set and Woodland media kit are included, combining natural-looking logs with mixed glass, mineral rocks, and charcoal accents. The ember bed and overhead accent lighting each offer 13 color settings, adjustable brightness, and color-cycle effects for creating anything from a warm traditional display to bold contemporary lighting.

Operate the fireplace from the built-in touch panel, the included premium remote control, or the Wi-Fi-enabled Napoleon Home app. Compatible Google Home and Alexa voice controls provide added convenience, while seven-day scheduling allows the fireplace settings to be programmed around a daily routine. An optional wall-mounted controller is available separately.

On a 120-volt connection, the heater produces up to 5,000 BTUs and 1,500 watts. When professionally hardwired for 240-volt operation, output increases to as much as 10,000 BTUs and 3,000 watts. ECO mode operates at half heat to reduce energy use, while BOOST mode runs the heater at maximum output with increased blower speed. The adjustable thermostat offers settings from 64°F to 82°F, and the flame and lighting effects can operate without heat for year-round enjoyment.

Electrical requirements depend on the installation. Wall-mounted applications plug into a grounded 120-volt outlet. Partially and fully recessed installations must be hardwired for 120-volt or 240-volt operation by a qualified electrician. A dedicated 15-amp grounded circuit is required, and extension cords or relocatable power taps must not be used.
