Napoleon Phantom Freestanding 80-inch Infrared Outdoor Heater

This sleek electric heater combines infrared radiant heat with a freestanding, adjustable design, making it easy to direct warmth toward the area where it is needed instead of relying on fuel-burning equipment or permanent overhead installation.

Delivering up to 1,500 watts and approximately 5,000 BTUs, the Phantom provides targeted heat through its infrared heating tube. A user-friendly illuminated control knob offers nine heat levels, allowing the output to be adjusted from gentle supplemental warmth to maximum heat. An integrated 1-to-9-hour timer provides additional control over operating time, while a built-in child lock can disable the heating and timer functions when needed.

One of the defining features of the NEOFV80IH is its adjustable cantilever heater arm. The arm can be secured in multiple positions, including a vertical storage position and 90°, 100°, and 110° operating angles, allowing the infrared heat to be directed to suit different seating and gathering arrangements. When the heater is not in use, the arm folds back into its vertical position for a more compact profile.

An integrated LED spotlight with two light settings adds useful illumination to the heated area. The tall, streamlined structure is finished in satin black for a contemporary appearance that works naturally with modern patios, outdoor kitchens, seating areas, and other exterior spaces.

Moving and positioning the heater is made easier with an integrated wheel assembly, while four adjustable leveling feet help stabilize the weighted base once the unit is in position. Built-in cord management helps keep the electrical cable organized, and an 8-foot power cord provides flexibility when locating the heater near an appropriate outdoor receptacle. A protective heater cover is included for storage when the appliance is completely cool and unplugged.

The Phantom is a 120V plug-in electric heater rated at a maximum of 1,500 watts and requires a dedicated 15-amp grounded circuit. When used outdoors, it must be connected to a properly grounded GFCI-protected circuit.
