The Napoleon Prestige PRO 500 Stainless Steel Gas Grill with Smart Technology combines premium construction, powerful performance, and connected cooking controls in one versatile outdoor grill. Four stainless steel main burners deliver a combined 82,000 BTUs, while the spacious 900-square-inch total cooking area provides enough room to prepare up to 31 four-inch burgers. Durable stainless steel construction and 9.5 mm Iconic WAVE™ cooking grids provide excellent heat retention, even cooking, and Napoleon’s distinctive sear marks.

Create steakhouse-quality results with the infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner, which reaches temperatures up to 1,800°F in less than 30 seconds. The HeatBoost™ Reflector redirects heat toward the cooking surface to improve heat distribution and help the grill recover when the lid is opened. For roasting poultry, larger cuts, and slow-cooked meals, the rear infrared rotisserie burner works with the included high-capacity rotisserie kit to produce evenly cooked, self-basted results. JETFIRE™ 2.0 ignition provides fast, reliable, battery-free burner ignition.

The integrated 7-inch touchscreen display, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® connectivity, and Napoleon Home App bring added precision to outdoor cooking. Choose between Traditional Mode and Smart Mode, then monitor cooking temperatures, food probes, timers, and alerts from the display or compatible mobile device. Intelligent Gas Automation helps maintain the selected temperature by automatically adjusting heat when the lid is opened. Three wired temperature probes are included, and the system can also support up to two optional wireless probes. For added protection, the grill provides real-time flame alerts and automatic gas shutoff if a flame goes out.

Napoleon’s SmartGlow™ and SafetyGlow™ control knobs provide clear visual feedback, displaying burner intensity and glowing red whenever a burner is operating. Guided LED indicators identify the appropriate burners for direct or indirect cooking, while integrated hood and storage lighting improve visibility after dark. Additional conveniences include the EasyClean™ PRO drawer, hidden warming rack storage, dedicated rotisserie component storage, soft-close cabinet doors, tool hooks, a built-in bottle opener, and locking casters for easy positioning.

Electrical Requirement: The touchscreen, Smart Mode, lighting, and connected features require the grill to be plugged directly into a properly grounded, outdoor-rated GFI-protected electrical outlet. Wi-Fi connectivity requires a 2.4 GHz wireless network. The grill can continue operating as a traditional manual gas grill during a power outage, although powered smart features will be unavailable. For safety, burners and cooking modes must be started while physically present at the grill and cannot be ignited remotely.
