Empire Nexfire 74-inch Electric Linear Fireplace

The Nexfire 74-inch Electric Linear Fireplace pairs a wide, contemporary profile with LED flame effects, an illuminated media bed, and included decorative media. Its linear design and front glass assembly create an inviting focal point, while separate flame and heater controls let you tailor the atmosphere and warmth to your preferences.

Personalize the display with preset color themes that change the lighting combinations at the flame base and media bed. Choose the prism color-cycling mode to move through a variety of colors, then freeze the display on your preferred shade. High and low brightness settings provide another way to adjust the lighting to suit your room and the occasion.

Enjoy flame effects without heat for year-round ambiance, combine the display with electric warmth, or select heat-only operation. The built-in adjustable thermostat cycles the heater on and off to maintain your selected temperature, with temperature information available in Fahrenheit or Celsius. A separate heat-disable function lets the lighting features remain available while heating is disabled.

The included multifunction infrared remote control provides convenient access to flame effects, heating, thermostat settings, color themes, brightness, and the sleep timer. Onboard controls are located at the upper right of the fireplace, while the Floating Display shows temperature information and selected settings.

Choose surface-mount installation or flush mounting with 2x8 framing to achieve the finished appearance that suits your space. The EBL74 supports 120V or 240V hardwired installation and requires a dedicated, properly fused 15-amp circuit rated for the selected voltage. An automatic overheat cutoff shuts off the entire unit if the heater overheats, with a reset required before operation can resume.
