Napoleon Rogue PRO-S 525 RSIB Portable Grill | 4-Burner

The Napoleon Rogue PRO-S 525 RSIB Portable Grill delivers powerful everyday grilling with the added versatility of infrared searing and rear rotisserie cooking. Available for Natural Gas or Propane, this stainless steel freestanding grill combines four independently controlled main burners with an infrared side burner and rear infrared burner for a total output of 76,500 BTUs. 

The primary cooking system uses four stainless steel tube burners producing 48,000 BTUs. Independent burner controls make it easy to establish multiple heat zones across the grill, allowing direct high-heat grilling on one section while maintaining lower temperatures elsewhere for slower or indirect cooking. Beneath the cooking surface, dual-level stainless steel sear plates help distribute heat while vaporizing drippings to add grilled flavor and help manage flare-ups.

The 525-square-inch main cooking area is equipped with durable stainless steel Iconic WAVE™ cooking grids. Napoleon's distinctive curved grid design promotes even heat distribution, produces recognizable sear marks and helps keep smaller foods from falling through the cooking surface. Stainless steel grids are also corrosion resistant and require less maintenance than traditional cast iron cooking grids.

For high-temperature searing, the Rogue PRO-S 525 includes a 14,000 BTU infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner with approximately 140 square inches of cooking area. Napoleon's infrared burner technology can reach temperatures up to 1,800°F in approximately 30 seconds, making it ideal for quickly developing a steakhouse-style crust on steaks, chops and other foods while retaining moisture inside.

A dedicated 14,500 BTU rear infrared burner expands cooking versatility for rotisserie-style meals. Positioned behind the cooking area, the infrared rear burner provides focused radiant heat that is especially useful for slow spit-roasting poultry, roasts and other larger foods. The warming rack should be removed when using the rear burner and rotisserie setup as directed in the owner's manual.

The grill provides 851 square inches of total cooking area, including the 525-square-inch main cooking surface, 140-square-inch infrared side burner and 186-square-inch stainless steel warming rack. 

Napoleon's SafetyGlow™ control knobs improve visibility and provide a clear visual indication of burner operation. The controls are illuminated blue, while the corresponding knob changes to red when its burner is operating. This makes burner status easier to identify when cooking after dark.

Designed for outdoor durability and convenience, the Rogue PRO-S 525 features a durable cast aluminum firebox, stainless steel lid and control panel, enclosed two-door cart, easy-access drip pan, condiment storage and an integrated bottle opener. A folding stainless steel side shelf with integrated tool storage provides useful prep space while allowing the grill's footprint to be reduced when additional clearance is needed.

Heavy-duty locking caster wheels make it easier to reposition the grill while allowing it to be secured in place during cooking. The grill measures approximately 60.5 inches wide, 48.5 inches high and 25 inches deep. With the applicable shelf folded, the width is approximately 40.5 inches, while overall height increases to approximately 63 inches with the lid open.
