The Napoleon Rogue PRO-S 425 RSIB Portable Grill packs high-performance grilling, infrared searing and rear-burner cooking into a versatile freestanding design. Available for Natural Gas or Propane, this stainless steel grill combines three independently controlled main burners with Napoleon's infrared side and rear burners for up to 70,500 total BTUs. With generous cooking capacity and a relatively compact footprint, the Rogue PRO-S 425 is well suited for everyday family meals as well as outdoor entertaining.

The primary cooking system uses three stainless steel main burners producing 42,000 BTUs. Independent burner controls allow different temperature zones to be created across the grill, making it easier to sear food over direct heat while preparing other items more gently with indirect heat. Beneath the cooking grids, dual-level stainless steel sear plates help distribute heat while vaporizing drippings for added grilled flavor and helping manage flare-ups.

The 425-square-inch main cooking area features durable 7.5 mm stainless steel Iconic WAVE™ cooking grids. Napoleon's curved WAVE™ design promotes even heat distribution, helps keep smaller foods from falling between the grids and creates the distinctive sear marks associated with Napoleon grills. Stainless steel construction also offers corrosion resistance and requires less maintenance than traditional cast iron cooking grids.

For intense high-temperature searing, the Rogue PRO-S 425 includes a 14,000 BTU infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner with approximately 140 square inches of cooking area. Napoleon's infrared technology can reach temperatures up to 1,800°F in approximately 30 seconds, providing powerful radiant heat for quickly developing a deeply browned crust on steaks, chops and other foods while helping retain moisture inside.

A dedicated 14,500 BTU rear infrared burner adds another cooking method for poultry, roasts and other foods prepared with rotisserie-style cooking. The rear burner provides focused radiant heat behind the food for even browning and slow roasting when used with compatible rotisserie equipment. This combination of conventional burners, infrared side searing and rear infrared heat gives the Rogue PRO-S 425 considerable cooking versatility from one grill.

The grill provides 716 square inches of total cooking area. This includes the 425-square-inch main grilling surface, 140-square-inch infrared side burner and a 151-square-inch stainless steel warming rack.

Napoleon's SafetyGlow™ control knobs improve visibility and provide a convenient visual indication of burner status. The controls illuminate blue, while the corresponding control changes to red when a burner is operating. This makes it easier to identify an active burner during evening grilling.

The main burners use Instant JETFIRE™ ignition, which independently ignites the burners with a jet of flame using a simple push-and-turn action. The JETFIRE™ main burner ignition does not require a battery. An integrated ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge provides an at-a-glance reading of the temperature inside the grill for direct, indirect and roasting-style cooking.

The Rogue PRO-S 425 combines its stainless steel cooking surfaces with a durable cast aluminum firebox, stainless steel high-top lid, stainless steel control panel and an enclosed cart. An easy-access drip pan helps simplify routine maintenance, while a condiment basket keeps sauces and seasonings conveniently located near the cooking area.

The Rogue PRO-S 425 measures approximately 55 inches wide by 25 inches deep by 48.5 inches high. Folding the applicable shelf reduces the overall width to approximately 45 inches, while opening the grill lid increases the height to approximately 63 inches.
