Napoleon Phantom Prestige 500 Connected RSIB Portable Grill in Matte Black | 4-Burner

The Napoleon Phantom Prestige 500 Connected RSIB Grill in Matte Black combines premium gas-grilling performance with smart temperature monitoring and the distinctive all-black styling of Napoleon's Phantom collection. Designed as a freestanding outdoor gas grill, it is available for either natural gas or propane and delivers up to 82,000 total BTUs. 

The primary cooking system uses four stainless steel main tube burners producing 48,000 BTUs. Staggered stainless steel sear plates help distribute heat while vaporizing drippings and reducing flare-ups. A multi-function warming rack expands cooking versatility while keeping additional food positioned above the main cooking area.

For high-temperature searing, the integrated 16,000 BTU infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner can reach temperatures up to 1,800°F in approximately 30 seconds, making it ideal for developing a deeply caramelized crust on steaks and other foods. An 18,000 BTU rear infrared rotisserie burner adds another cooking method for poultry, roasts and larger cuts, and a heavy-duty two-fork rotisserie kit is included. 

The Connected platform adds a 5-inch LCD display with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® connectivity and integration with the Napoleon Home App. Napoleon's ACCU-PROBE® Cook Assist system lets you monitor grill and food temperatures, establish target temperatures and cooking times, and receive temperature and timer notifications on a compatible smart device. Three temperature probes are included for monitoring multiple foods. Propane models also feature a digital propane tank scale that monitors remaining fuel and can provide low-tank status information through the connected system.

Cooking after dark is easier with SafetyGlow™ LED control knobs. The knobs illuminate blue and change to red when the corresponding burner is operating, providing an immediate visual indication that the gas is on. The main burners use battery-free JETFIRE™ 2.0 ignition for quick startup, while electronic ignition is provided for the side and rear burners. 

The matte black Phantom finish is complemented by Napoleon's Lift EASE™ center-gravity roll-top lid, reinforced cabinet construction, integrated tool storage, a generous prep shelf, removable drip pan and corrosion-resistant porcelain-coated grease pan for easier cleanup. Heavy-duty industrial locking caster wheels provide mobility and stability on the patio. This model is designed for freestanding outdoor use and is not intended for built-in or slide-in installation.
