Celebrate five decades of Napoleon outdoor cooking with the Napoleon Prestige 500 Connected 50th Anniversary Edition Portable Grill. Built on the connected Prestige 500 platform and distinguished by 50th Anniversary Edition detailing, this premium freestanding gas grill combines four powerful main burners, infrared searing, dedicated rotisserie cooking and integrated smart technology. Available for Natural Gas or Propane, it delivers up to 82,000 total BTUs for the versatility to handle everyday grilling, high-temperature steak searing, indirect roasting and rotisserie cooking. Anniversary Edition grill includes commemorative cover, apron, and tool set.

The primary cooking system uses four stainless steel tube burners producing 48,000 BTUs. Napoleon's stainless steel Iconic WAVE™ cooking grids provide durable cooking surfaces with the distinctive wave pattern designed for even cooking and recognizable sear marks. Beneath the grids, dual-level stainless steel sear plates help distribute heat while vaporizing drippings to enhance grilled flavor and assist with controlling flare-ups.

For steakhouse-style searing, the grill includes a 16,000 BTU infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner. Napoleon's infrared system can reach temperatures up to 1,800°F in approximately 30 seconds, providing intense radiant heat for rapidly developing a flavorful crust on steaks, chops and other foods. The 50th Anniversary Edition also includes a side burner wind shield designed to help maintain more consistent heat in windy conditions and store beneath the side burner lid when not in use.

An 18,000 BTU rear infrared rotisserie burner expands the cooking options for poultry, roasts and other slow-rotated foods. A heavy-duty rotisserie system is included with the grill, featuring a corded rotisserie motor, two rotisserie forks, counterbalance and 34-inch spit rod. Napoleon specifies a maximum rotisserie motor capacity of approximately 15 pounds, making the system suitable for a wide range of rotisserie meals when properly balanced.

The Connected grilling system puts temperature information directly on the grill and on a compatible smart device. A 5-inch Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® enabled display monitors grill and food temperatures and works with the Napoleon Home App. Integrated ACCU-PROBE® Cook Assist technology allows you to set food types, target temperatures and cooking times while receiving temperature and timer notifications through the app. The grill also provides temperature probe connections, onboard probe storage and three wired temperature probes for monitoring multiple foods.

Napoleon's SafetyGlow™ control knobs make burner status easier to recognize, especially when grilling after dark. Activating the control lighting illuminates the knobs blue, while the corresponding knob changes to red when its burner is operating. The main burners use JETFIRE™ ignition for fast startup, while electronic ignition operates the side and rear burners. An ACCU-PROBE™ lid-mounted temperature gauge provides another convenient reference for monitoring the cooking chamber.

The 50th Anniversary Edition receives dedicated anniversary detailing, including a special Prestige 50th Anniversary badge and coordinated special-edition components that distinguish it from the standard Prestige 500 Connected grill while retaining the core cooking and connected features of the P500VX platform.
