Real Fyre G4 Vented Burner

The Real Fyre G4 Vented Burner is a classic choice for creating a realistic wood-fire look with natural flames and a glowing ember bed. Its single-burner design keeps the system simple while offering broad compatibility with Real Fyre series gas logs.

Available in sizes from 12-inch through 60-inch, the burner can be configured for natural gas or propane. The burner pan is filled with sand for natural gas or vermiculite for propane and topped with glowing embers to help create an even flame pattern and realistic ember presentation.

The burner itself is supplied without a factory-installed control valve. Natural gas installations can be set up as a simple match-lit system, while customers who want a safety pilot, remote control, variable flame adjustment, or electronic ignition can purchase a compatible Real Fyre control system separately. Propane installations require an approved Real Fyre safety pilot/control system.

Compatible Real Fyre control options include select SPK, APK, EPK, and manual valve systems, depending on burner size, fuel type, and the type of operation desired. Using a separate control gives you the flexibility to choose anything from basic manual operation to remote or electronic ignition.

G4 vs. G45: The G4 uses a traditional single-burner layout for a straightforward flame and ember presentation. The G45 adds a Triple T-burner design that spreads flame across more of the burner pan and creates a fuller, more pronounced ember bed. The G4 is a strong choice when you want a simpler burner platform with a wide range of sizes and separately selected controls.

This burner must be installed in a properly vented, wood-burning fireplace with a working chimney. The chimney damper must remain fully open during operation, and installation should be performed by a qualified professional.

Warranty: Real Fyre indoor vented burner assemblies are covered by a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser. Safety pilots, valves, remotes, and electronic controls carry their own applicable warranty terms.
