Real Fyre Heat Shield For APK-17 Control Valves

The Real Fyre replacement valve heat shield is designed for the Real Fyre APK-17 safety pilot system and its SV-37 control valve. It helps protect the valve from excessive fireplace heat, making it an important component for reliable control operation and long-term protection.

The shield installs directly over the Real Fyre SV-37 control valve and must sit properly above the valve before the burner is operated. Correct placement helps prevent valve overheating, damage, and premature control failure. It is used with both natural gas and propane APK-17 configurations.

Designed for APK-17 systems installed on select Real Fyre G4, G45 standard, G45 see-thru, and P-Series burners. This is a Real Fyre replacement component and is not intended as a universal heat shield for non-Real Fyre valves or burner systems.

HS-35 vs. HS-36: The HS-35 is the primary heat shield for the SV-37 control valve. The HS-36 is a separate decorative heat shield for the remote receiver when the APK-17 system is equipped with a remote control.
