SimpliFire 30-inch Electric Fireplace Insert

The SimpliFire 30-inch Electric Fireplace Insert offers a convenient way to update an existing wood-burning fireplace or add a traditional electric fire feature to new construction. Model SF-INS30 can be installed directly into a compatible existing fireplace opening or recessed into a framed wall, giving you flexible installation options without the need for gas lines or wood. The included standard front creates a clean finished appearance, while optional surrounds can help cover gaps around larger existing fireplace openings.

Enjoy the traditional look of a fire with a log and grate presentation and 4 selectable flame effects. The flame display can be enjoyed independently from the heater, allowing the fireplace to provide ambiance throughout the year. Manual controls on the appliance provide quick access to flame and heat settings, while the included remote puts additional comfort functions within easy reach.

The included multifunction remote control provides control over power, flame effects, supplemental heat, thermostat settings, and the timer. 

For added comfort, the SF-INS30 delivers up to 5,000 BTUs of supplemental heat with low, high, and no-heat operation. The fireplace operates on 120V and 1,500 watts using a 15-amp, 120V/60Hz circuit. Electrical installation is flexible as well: the appliance includes a NEMA 5-15P power cord for plug-in use and can also be converted to a hardwired connection using the supplied junction block.

The fireplace itself measures approximately 29-7/8 inches wide x 20-1/2 inches high x 11-1/4 inches deep, with a rear width of 22-7/8 inches. The included standard front measures 33 inches wide x 21-3/4 inches high and provides a generous 27-inch wide x 16-1/4-inch high viewing area. For new-construction installations, specified framing dimensions are 30-3/8 inches wide x 20-5/8 inches high x 11-3/8 inches deep.
