SimpliFire 35-inch Electric Fireplace Insert

The SimpliFire 35-inch Electric Fireplace Insert makes it easy to transform an existing wood-burning fireplace into a clean, convenient electric fire feature or add a traditional fireplace to new construction. Model SF-INS35 can be installed inside a compatible existing fireplace opening or recessed into a framed wall, providing the ambiance of a traditional fireplace without the need for gas lines, venting, or wood. The included standard decorative front creates a finished appearance, while optional surrounds can help cover larger fireplace openings.

The SF-INS35 creates a warm, traditional presentation with its realistic log and grate assembly, illuminated flame display, and generous 32-1/8-inch wide x 19-inch high viewing area. Choose from 4 flame effects to adjust the appearance of the fire to suit the room or occasion. Because the flame effect can operate independently of the heater, you can enjoy the fireplace's ambiance throughout the year.

For supplemental comfort, the SF-INS35 provides up to 5,000 BTUs of heat with low, high, and no-heat operation. The included multifunction remote control provides convenient access to power, flame effects, heater operation, thermostat settings, and the timer. 

The fireplace operates on 120V and 1,500 watts and requires a properly grounded 15-amp, 120V/60Hz circuit. Installation can be completed using the supplied NEMA 5-15P power cord or through a hardwired electrical connection using the included hardwire junction block. This flexibility makes the insert suitable for both fireplace renovations and planned built-in installations.

The SF-INS35 measures approximately 35 inches wide x 23-1/4 inches high x 11-1/4 inches deep, with a 28-inch rear width. The included standard front measures 38 inches wide x 24-1/2 inches high. For installation into an existing fireplace, the opening requires a minimum front width of 35-1/8 inches, rear width of 28-1/8 inches, height of 23-3/8 inches, and depth of 11-3/8 inches. For new construction, specified framing dimensions are approximately 35-1/2 inches wide x 23-1/2 inches high x 11-3/8 inches deep.
