SimpliFire 43-inch Forum Outdoor Electric Fireplace

The SimpliFire 43-inch Forum Outdoor Electric Fireplace brings the atmosphere of a modern linear fireplace to patios, porches, decks, and other indoor or outdoor living spaces without requiring gas lines, propane tanks, or wood. Model SF-OD43 is a heater-free outdoor electric fireplace designed to provide year-round ambiance, with weather-resistant construction intended to handle outdoor conditions when installed according to SimpliFire's requirements. The Forum can be finished as a clean built-in fireplace or recessed with the included self-trimming decorative front.

Customize the fire presentation with 4 flame effects, 13 fuel-bed colors, a rotating color mode, and 4 brightness settings. The brightness control adjusts the flame, accent lighting, and fuel-bed lighting together to create anything from a subtle evening glow to a brighter focal point. The fireplace includes small clear crystals, large clear crystals, black glass embers, and a 12-piece log set, allowing you to personalize the ember bed with a contemporary crystal presentation, a more natural log arrangement, or a combination of both.

The Forum is engineered specifically for outdoor enjoyment with coated components, corrosion-resistant materials, and UV-resistant log components. Unlike many electric fireplaces, the SF-OD43 is intentionally designed without a heater, making it an ideal decorative fire feature for warm-weather patios and entertaining areas where added heat is not needed.

The SF-OD43 operates on 120V AC, 60Hz, 0.5 amps, and 36 watts. It ships with a GFCI-protected power cord for plug-in installation and can also be hardwired. A minimum 15-amp, 120V/60Hz circuit is required, and outdoor hardwired installations must use a GFCI-protected circuit. The fireplace measures approximately 46 inches wide x 18-1/8 inches high x 8-1/4 inches deep and provides an expansive 43-1/2-inch wide x 15-7/16-inch high glass viewing area.

Installation flexibility allows the Forum to be completed as a built-in frameless fireplace with finishing materials overlapping the appliance or as a recessed fireplace with the self-trimming front. Recommended framing dimensions are approximately 46-1/4 inches wide x 18-1/2 inches high x 9 inches deep.
