SimpliFire 43-inch Scion Linear Electric Fireplace

The SimpliFire 43-inch Scion Linear Electric Fireplace (Refreshed) delivers a clean, built-in appearance with a wide viewing area and highly customizable flame presentation. Model SF-SCN43 is designed to install directly into framed construction and can be finished with the included front trim or installed without the trim for a more seamless, frameless look. Its slim 7-1/2-inch appliance depth and generous 41-1/2-inch wide x 16-3/8-inch high viewing area create an expansive fire feature without excessive framing or visible heater components.

Customize the fireplace to complement your space with 9 flame colors, 13 ember bed colors, an active ember bed, and adjustable brightness. Warm or cool downlighting adds another layer of illumination, while two selectable fire sound effects help create a more immersive fireside atmosphere. The SF-SCN43 includes small and large clear crystal media, black glass embers, and a 12-piece log set, giving you several ways to personalize the appearance of the ember bed. Optional decorative spheres and ShadowGlo™ log sets are also available for additional styling choices.

Control the fireplace using the included radio-frequency multifunction remote, built-in appliance controls, or Wi-Fi through the Smart Life app. Wi-Fi connectivity provides access to flame color and brightness, ember bed settings, downlighting, sound, thermostat, heat level, timer, and other fireplace functions. Compatible Alexa and Google Home integrations also provide voice control for supported settings. A preset function allows a favorite lighting combination to be saved for quick access.

The Scion can be enjoyed with or without heat for year-round use. The dual-voltage design supports 120V or 240V hardwired installation, providing approximately 5,000 BTUs at 120V or 10,000 BTUs at 240V. Low, high, and no-heat settings are available, along with thermostat operation. The fireplace requires a 15-amp circuit when wired for 120V or a 20-amp circuit when wired for 240V.

The SF-SCN43 measures approximately 44-1/2 inches wide x 24-1/16 inches high x 7-1/2 inches deep, with specified framing dimensions of 45 inches wide x 24-1/4 inches high x 7-5/8 inches deep. The fireplace allows zero-inch clearance at the sides, floor, top, and back, with a minimum 36-inch front clearance and a minimum 5/8-inch mantel clearance. Finishing materials can be brought to the fireplace for a clean built-in presentation, with installation options for both thinner and thicker decorative finishes.
